🐾 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel with photos and your order number.
We will happily arrange a replacement, credit or refund depending on the situation.

❌ Change of Mind
For hygiene and pet safety reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on used or opened pet items.
Unopened items may be accepted for return in some cases, but the customer will be responsible for return postage.
